Sneha, who joined Blinkit as a delivery partner to gain insights into their rapid delivery system, shared her observations and suggestions in a detailed thread on X (formerly Twitter). Her feedback prompted the company to implement several adjustments.
Sneha’s thread quickly gained attention as she recounted her day delivering orders in the Indiranagar area.
«I signed up to be a Blinkit delivery partner and delivered a few orders around Indiranagar today. It was an eye-opening experience—I made some money, chatted with a few riders, and got to understand how the system operates,» she wrote. She explained that her goal in signing up was to learn how Blinkit manages to make deliveries within 10 minutes.
Her viral post caught the eye of Blinkit founder Albinder Dhindsa, who expressed gratitude for her detailed feedback and promised that the company would review her points and make improvements where necessary.
Among the issues Sneha highlighted was a misleading SMS Blinkit sends to its delivery agents, claiming they can earn up to Rs 50,000 a month along with a Rs 2,000 bonus. «This message feels too gimmicky… Please don’t give riders false hope. She also called for greater transparency regarding Blinkit's free medical insurance policy for delivery agents.
Sneha also shared a photo of a Blinkit store, pointing out the lack of proper seating or
