The lawsuit alleges that a friend dropped her off at the VMAs held at Radio City Music Hall. Without a ticket, she reportedly approached several limousine drivers, seeking a way to gain access to the event or an after-party.
According to the lawsuit, one driver claimed to work for Sean «Diddy» Combs and told her she «fit what Diddy was looking for.» He allegedly invited her to a party after the event and instructed her to return to his car later that night, after he transported Combs and music executive Andre Harrell (referred to as Carter in the suit).
Later, the driver reportedly picked her up, and after approximately 20 minutes, they arrived at a white house with a U-shaped driveway. The lawsuit states she was required to sign what she believed was a nondisclosure agreement to enter the party but was not given a copy. Inside, the party was described as being filled with celebrities and individuals using marijuana and cocaine. She was allegedly offered a drink that left her feeling “woozy, lightheaded, and needing to lie down.” She then went into a room to rest, the suit claims.
Shortly thereafter, the lawsuit alleges, Combs and Harrell entered the room, with Combs reportedly saying, “You are ready to party!” The suit claims Harrell then forcibly removed her clothing, held her down, and sexually assaulted her while Combs and a female celebrity observed. It further alleges that Combs also sexually assaulted her as Harrell and the unnamed woman watched.
