Recently, the stock market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, to seek funds through an IPO. In January, Bharti Hexacom filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI.
