According to early estimates of Sacnik.com, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 pulled in approximately Rs 5.48 crore so far on its first day. Expectations are similarly high for Singham Again, the latest addition to Rohit Shetty's cop universe, with projections for an opening day earning between ₹40-45 crore, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is expected to draw in around Rs 20-25 crore on Day 1 while Singham Again is estimated to earn between Rs 40-45 crore due to its wider footprint. Both films will screen on more than 6,000 screens across India, though Singham Again has secured a larger share, claiming 60% of the available screens, compared to Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’s 40%.
The Indian film industry has faced a challenging year, and theater owners are hopeful that these high-profile releases will help offset some of the year’s losses.
