North Korea may be a little irked with President Biden as he, during the Presidential campaign reception in California, wrongly identified Kim Jong Un's nationality and country of leadership, according to an NY Post report.
Biden, during his campaign address in California's Portola Valley, went all guns blazing against his opponent in the upcoming US Presidential elections. During this speech, he identified Kim Jong Un as the President of South Korea by saying that Trump's 'love letters' for 'South Korean President Kim Jong Un' and his admiration for Russian leader Vladimir Putin can never be forgotten. Biden added to these statements saying ironically, «What a great leader Putin is.»
Biden, who is the oldest sitting President in American history, will be turning 86 by the end of his second term if elected to power in the upcoming Presidential elections. This is not the first time he has misidentified a leader in a public forum and this was yet again another case with the South Korean leadership as he has previously called South Korea's Yoon Suk Yeol as 'President Moon', back in May 2022, when the US President was on a visit to South Korea.
Apparently, he misidentified Yoon Suk Yeol for her predecessor President Moon Jae-in when he referred to her by the name, claims NY Post.
