US President Joe Biden said Thursday there was no «need» to speak with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin following a massive East-West prisoner exchange.
With prisoners on their way home in a multi-country deal, the president was asked by reporters if he'd be willing to speak to Putin directly.
«I don't need to speak with Putin,» Biden said.
