Bigg Boss 18, which launched on October 6, is stirring up excitement as actor and politician Ravi Kishan joins as a co-host alongside Salman Khan. Known for his vibrant personality and frank style, Kishan is set to host a special Sunday segment titled «Haaye Dayyaa with Ravi Bhaiyya,» marking his return to the popular reality show in a significant new role.
Kishan’s connection to Bigg Boss goes back to the show’s very first season, where he finished as the second runner-up. Reflecting on his journey, Kishan shared in a statement, «Some people gain great limelight from this house, and some end up only giving justifications throughout their lives after this show. Now I will unmask many people’s real faces. I will wake some people up from their slumber while trying to ignite an affair between others. Mostly, I am coming on the show to drop truth bombs.”
Kishan’s debut as co-host comes following his appearance as a guest co-host on Bigg Boss OTT 3, where he made headlines by calling out influencer Shivani Kumari for her behavior. During the OTT season, he advised Kumari with the memorable words, “Bhasha ki aadh mein aap kisi ko apmaanit toh nahi kar sakti… tum chedti ho yeh galat hai” (“You cannot justify insulting anyone by using language in your defense… you provoke people, which is wrong”). His no-nonsense approach earned him praise for maintaining order and decorum within the Bigg Boss house.
