BlackRock has set out new voting guidelines on boardroom diversity for US companies.
The $9.5tn asset manager set out its 2022 voting guidelines on 14 December, saying it expects boards of companies in the US to aim for “30% diversity” at that level, including two members who are women and at least one who identifies as a member of an underrepresented group.
