Border Walls: Joe Biden says they don't work, administration bypasses laws to build walls
US President Joe Biden has said that he does not believe that border walls work. The Federal Register put a notice on Wednesday announcing that construction of the wall will be paid for using already appropriated funds earmarked specifically for physical border barriers.
