Recently, he delighted fans with new Instagram stories showcasing his life as a soldier and moments with his beloved pet dog Yeontan. In a series of Instagram stories posted on Sunday, V shared glimpses of his military life, including photos with his fellow soldiers and heartwarming snaps of Yeontan.
Accompanying one of the photos, he captioned, «Current Situation,» giving fans a peek into his daily routine as an active-duty soldier.

V's Military Journey
V's military journey began on December 11, 2023, when he, along with BTS leader RM, commenced their mandatory military service. Subsequently, other BTS members, including Jimin and Jungkook, followed suit. Currently, Jin, SUGA, and J-Hope are also fulfilling their enlistment duties, with Jin expected to complete his service in June 2024.
As an active-duty soldier, V underwent initial training and is now serving in the 2nd Division Military Police Corps.
