Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Wednesday started a preliminary inquiry into the financial irregularities found in the renovation of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence, said ANI quoting CBI sources.
Earlier, it was discovered that around Rs 45 crore was spent on renovating Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's official home on Civil Lines, revealed an exclusive report by Times Now Navbharat.
The report added that the chief minister's official residence was renovated using taxpayer money to the tune of Rs 44.78 crore.
