It continued to hold strong on its second Friday with earnings of Rs 23 crore, maintaining a level close to its Monday figures. Despite a slight dip on Monday the film regained momentum on Tuesday. A significant boost came on Wednesday, which coincided with Shivaji Jayanti, pushing the earnings to Rs 32 crore. The week wrapped up with a minor decline on Thursday, bringing in Rs 21.5 crore.
With this stellar performance, Chhaava has now officially overtaken Uri: The Surgical Strike, which previously held the record as Kaushal’s highest-grossing film.
