ChrysCapital has already issued a term sheet—which outlines key terms and conditions including valuation—to Dhan that competes with IPO-bound Groww and Zerodha, they said.
Two other US investors have also submitted their bids, one of the sources said, adding that the funding round, estimated at between $100-150 million, is expected to be finalised over the next 30-45 days.
Fresh funding would add to the Mumbai-based firm’s current cash reserves of $100 million and help it diversify it into other financial services businesses, sources said.
