Mark Dwyer had worked at CLIM for over 20 years.
In a stock exchange notice, CEO Tom Griffith said senior portfolio manager Oliver Marschner will assume responsibility for the EM CEF strategy from 1 January 2024.
«Mark has been with the firm for over 20 years having served as the head of EM CEF strategy,» Griffith said. «We wish him the very best in his retirement.»

Marschner, who returned to CLIM's London office five years ago and previously worked at the firm's Singapore and Seattle offices, will continue to work closely with portfolio managers Chris Weaver and Jeff Gill.
Griffith said the leadership of the other investment strategies within the CLIM subsidiary will remain unchanged.
«The average tenure of the lead portfolio managers at the firm approaches twenty-years, with a significant ‘bench' of talent behind them,» the CEO added.
