Matt Harrison, Sandeep Singh, Julian Ide and Tariq Ahmad have all been promoted.
Matt Harrison has been named head of Europe and UK distribution, reporting to executive vice president and head of global distribution Adam Spector.
Franklin Templeton expands thematic ETF range in double launch
Harrison will be responsible for developing the asset manager's distribution strategy and expand its business in the region. He was previously co-head of APAC at the firm, based in Sydney, and will relocate to London in the next few months.
Harrison joined Franklin Templeton in 2018 and, prior to that, he held several senior positions at Colonial First State, Commonwealth Bank and ING, and has over 25 years' experience in the industry.
UK country head Martyn Gilbey will report into Harrison.
Sandeep Singh has been promoted to head of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, and India distribution, based in Dubai. He was previously head of CEEMEA looking after the development of the company's retail and institutional business in the regions.
As part of the promotion, he will oversee the Indian market as well, also reporting to Spector.
Harrison and Singh have taken over their distribution responsibilities from former head of EMEA distribution Julian Ide, who has been promoted to vice chair for EMEA, reporting to president and CEO Jenny Johnson.
Tariq Ahmad has also become the sole head of APAC distribution, following Harrison's promotion.
