Regulatory authorities concerned in the affected regions were quick to action, warning the consumers and appealing to them not to use these affected products.
The recall currently applies only to Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. In their retraction statement, the company claimed that a limited quantity of stock was shipped to select European markets, including France, Germany, and Great Britain, where we are in contact with authorities. In such nations, there is yet to be a produce recall. However, as a precautionary measure, the British Food Standards Agency is reviewing Coca-Cola products in its market.
