Colgate-Palmolive shares drop 0.04% as Sensex falls
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd. traded 0.04 per cent lower in Thursday's session at 11:47AM (IST).
The stock opened at Rs 2002.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 2018.85 and Rs 1990.4, respectively, during the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 2061.55 and a 52-week low of 1434.6. About 4,092 shares changed hands on the counter so far.
Benchmark Nifty50 was down 140.7 points at 19760.7, while the BSE Sensex traded 528.07 points lower at 66272.77 at the time of writing of this report.

Key Financials For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1338.64 crore, down 2.36 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 1370.98 crore and down 10.78 per cent from the year-ago quarter.
The company reported net profit of Rs 273.68 crore for the latest quarter.
Promoter Holdings Promoters held 51.0 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2023, while FIIs held 21.8 per cent and MFs 2.16 per cent.
Technicals On the technical charts, the 200-Day Moving Average (DMA) of the stock stood at Rs 1657.5 on September 21, while the 50-DMA was at Rs 1951.44. If a stock trades above 50-DMA and 200-DMA, it usually means the immediate trend is upward.
