On the BSE, Ramchandra Leasing(down 20.00 per cent), O P Chains Ltd.(down 19.00 per cent), Goblin India(down 13.78 per cent), Sakuma Exports(down 12.68 per cent) and Williamson Magor(down 9.97 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.
In the Nifty pack, 14 stocks traded in the green, while 36 stocks traded in the red.
The Nifty index was trading 100.25 points down at 19564.45.
On the BSE, Vedanta, Winsome Yarns, Nuvama Wealth Manage, Kahan Packaging and Bheema Cements Ltd.
hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Navoday Enterprises, Informed Tech, Mohit Inds, Signet Ind and D P Wires touched their fresh 52-week highs.
