In a recent episode of the Bharti TV Podcast with YouTuber and actress Prajakta Koli, Bharti shared the details of her weight loss journey, offering valuable insights into her diet and motivation.
Bharti Singh's decision to lose weight was not just about fitting into a smaller size; it was driven by a desire to improve her health. In the past, Bharti struggled with health issues like asthma and the looming risk of diabetes. She shared that after shedding the extra pounds, she feels more energetic, healthier, and has gained a new sense of confidence.
Reflecting on her transformation, Bharti shared, “I have reduced my weight from 91 kg to 76 kg. I am also surprised that I have lost so much weight. But I am happy that I am feeling healthy and fit now. I do not get breathless now and feel lightheaded. My diabetes and asthma are also under control.”
The weight loss was a significant milestone for Bharti, not just for the physical changes, but also for the positive impact on her well-being. She added, “I don’t eat anything from 7 pm to 12 noon. I eat after 12 pm. I have eaten a lot of food for 30-32 years, and after that, I gave time to my body for one year and accepted everything.”
