Congress releases a list of candidates for Lok Sabha, Assembly polls in Andhra Pradesh

Congress party on Tuesday released a list of 6 and 12 candidates for the Lok Sabha and Assembly polls respectively, for the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The grand old party has fielded Lavanya Kavuri from Eluru seat in Andhra Pradesh, while Dr Chinta Mohan will fight from Tirupati seat reserved for SC candidate.
The voting in Andhra Pradesh will take place in a single phase on May 13 for the Lok Sabha polls for 25 seats. The India bloc led by the Congress is up against BJP-TDP-JSP alliance in the state.
