Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) has written to Rajasthan government to improve the infrastructure in Bhiwadi to revive the real estate sector.
The apex body through its wing in Bhiwadi and Neemrana has urged the government to facilitate the linkage of Bhiwadi to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
In a letter to the Chief Secretary, Government of Rajasthan, Anil Gupta, President of CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana, said that this will not only stimulate economic growth but also facilitate smoother movement of goods and people, thereby fostering regional development and prosperity.
It has also requested for exploration of the possibility of developing a road along the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) corridor with an interchange at the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
“We urge the Rajasthan government to consider these proposals and take necessary actions to ensure the prosperity of our region. Enhancing this connectivity would not only stimulate economic growth but also facilitate smoother movement of goods and people, thereby boosting regional development,” said Anil Gupta, President of CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana.
In the letter, CREDAI NCR Bhiwadi Neemrana has also urged the government to remove the toll plaza in Bhiwadi. The toll plaza creates significant traffic congestion and delays, especially during peak hours, inconveniencing commuters and contributing to increased pollution levels and vehicle wear and tear.
