DDA Flat Scheme 2023: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched 32,000 fresh flats, featuring luxurious penthouses, in its ‘Festival Special Housing Scheme 2023’. Registration begins today, with flats available in Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, priced between ₹11.5 lakh to ₹5 crore. A nominal registration fee will be charged for applicants, as per DDA officials.
Prospective applicants can submit their applications online via the DDA website – dda.gov.in/eservices.dda.org.in. The scheme encompasses flats across various categories, catering to SHIG, HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS. These residences are situated in Narela, Dwarka, Sector 19B, Dwarka Sector-14, Vasant Kunj, and Loknayak Puram within the planned phase.

Remarkably, the DDA is introducing over 1,100 luxury residences, comprising penthouses and high-income group (HIG) flats, for the first time in Dwarka Sector 19B with picturesque views of the Golf Course.
Luxurious residences, along with a few MIG (mid-income) flats in Dwarka Sector 14 and Loknayakpuram, will be accessible via e-auction mode. Furthermore, 728 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 19B, 316 LIG flats, 1008 EWS flats in Dwarka Sector 14, 224 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram, and more than 28,000 flats in Narela across diverse categories, will be available through the First Come First Serve (FCFS) mode.
As per PTI reports, approximately 24,000 flats are currently available for immediate occupancy, while the construction of the remaining 8,500 units is expected to conclude within the upcoming six months.
