Kejriwal on Tuesday said the upcoming elections would expose the ongoing «jugalbandi» between the Congress and BJP for years. Kejriwal's reaction came after BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya responded to his remarks castigating Congress MP Rahul Gandhi.
«I said just one line about Rahul Gandhi and the response is coming from the BJP. Look how much trouble the BJP is facing. Perhaps this Delhi election will expose the 'jugalbandi' going on behind the scenes between Congress and BJP for years,» the former Delhi chief minister said in a post on X.
The slugfest started after Kejriwal, responding to Gandhi's stinging attack on AAP over corruption, tweeted, «Rahul Gandhi has abused me, but I will not comment on his remarks. His fight is to save the Congress, my fight is to save the country.» Amit Malviya was quick to take a swipe at the former Delhi chief minister. «Worry about the country later. First, save the New Delhi seat,» Malviya tweeted.
