Delhi Excise policy PMLA case: Will take 90-100 hours to inspect documents, says counsel for Sanjay Singh
AAP MP Sanjay Singh's counsel on Friday informed the court that it will take 90 to 100 hours to inspect the documents at the ED office. Other counsel also mentioned the time they need for inspection.
Manish Sisodia and the other accused were produced through video conferencing (VC) from Jail. Special judge Kaveri Baweja granted time for inspection and listed the matter on July 3.
The court on Friday extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia and other accused in custody till July 3.
The court has asked the ED to supply a copy of the charge sheet filed against AAP MP Sanjay to other accused after redacting the name of protected witness.The court has also asked the ED to supply the charge sheet filed against K Kavitha.
