Denta Water and Infra Solutions, a water management infrastructure company, plans to raise upto Rs 221 crore through a fresh issue of shares to fund working capital needs. The promoter stake will fall to 72% after the IPO from 100%. The company has an expertise in groundwater recharging projects. Its activities are largely concentrated in Karnataka. The company plans to diversify in railways and highways infrastructure projects. Its current order book size provides over three-years of revenue visibility. While it expects to enter new territories, the competition from local and established companies is strong. Given these factors, the IPO looks more suitable for investors with high risk appetite.
