DLF shares drop 1.5% as Sensex falls
DLF Ltd. traded at Rs 694.8 on BSE at 01:35PM (IST) on Monday, down 1.5 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 336.55 and a high of Rs 708.5.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 76.87 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 9.05 per share and 2.34 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 84,570 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:35PM (IST).
The stock commands a market value of Rs 172108.42 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.
The scrip has been an outperformer, up 76.41 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 16.31 per cent gain in Sensex.
During the day, the stock moved between Rs 705.7 and Rs 693.5.
Promoter/FII Holding Promoters held 74.08 per cent in the company as of 30-Sep-2023. FII and MF ownership in DLF Ltd. stood at 15.89 per cent and 3.92 per cent, respectively.
