Dolly Khanna raised stakes in smallcap multibagger stock Talbros Automotive Components and Prakash Pipes while slashing her holdings in five others viz. Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers, Som Distilleries & Breweries, Nitin Spinners, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, KCP during the September 2023 quarter.
Khanna's stake in Talbros stood at 1.57% at the end of the quarter ended September 30 versus 1.50% at the end of the June quarter, according to the public shareholding data available on BSE.
The stock has given nearly 120% returns over the past 12 months and 83% on a year-to-date basis.
Meanwhile, Nifty has risen 16% in the past 12 months and 8% YTD.
Shareholding of individual investors is reflected in the ‘Shareholding Pattern’ of the BSE-listed companies on reaching 1% stake or above in the company.
Khanna's holding in Delhi-headquartered Prakash Pipes stood at 3.24% at the end of the September quarter, up by 46 bps from 2.78% in the previous quarter. This is another stock which has defied market trends and outperformed Nifty on 1-year and YTD basis and given over 80% returns in both timeframes.
On the other hand, Khanna reduced her stake in Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers to 1.21% in the September quarter from 1.27% in the June ended quarter.
In Som Distilleries & Breweries, her holding stood at 1.13% in the July-September quarter versus 1.31% in the April-June quarter.
As for Nitin Spinners, her stake in the company at the end of September 30 stood at 1.17% versus 1.36% at the end of June 30.
And for Chennai Petroleum Corporation, Khanna’s shareholding was at 1.62% in the September quarter versus 1.84% in the June quarter.
