Ravan Dahan can take place till 6.59 pm today. This year, the Dashami Tithi started at 5.45 pm on October 23 and will end at 3.14 pm today, October 24.
Meanwhile, security arrangements have been made to maintain law and order in the national capital amid the festive fervor. Around 1,000 police personnel and additional force have been deployed in Delhi as Ravan Dahan is all set to take place today.
Firecrackers are banned, with this police team seized more than 100 kg of firecrackers yesterday. The whole city has been sensitized with regard to security during Dussehra celebrations," police said.
