GNFC managed to get out of the ban while ABFRL is a new entrant.
The F&O contracts of any stock enter the ban period when the open interest (OI) on it crosses 95% of the market wide positions limits or MWPL. The ban is reversed only if the open interest falls below 80%.
Traders who trade in indices do not encounter a situation of security ban.
The MWPL for Biocon stood at 89.4% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 19.9 million. It was up by 0.97% from the previous session.
The MWPL for ABFRL stood at 105.3% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 19.8 million. It was down by 0.19% from the previous session.
The MWPL for Hindustan Copper stood at 97.4% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 17.7 million. It was up by 1.31% from the previous session.
The MWPL for Vodafone Idea stood at 95.3% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 1 billion. It was down by 3.26% from the previous session.
The MWPL for Piramal Enterprises stood at 82% on Tuesday with OI reported by Trendlyne at 10.2 million. It was down by 1.25% from the previous session.
