On the options front, the maximum Call OI is placed at 24,200 and then towards 24,000 strikes, while the maximum Put OI is placed at 24,000 and then towards 23,800 strikes.

“Options data suggests a broader trading range in between 23,500 to 24,500 zones, while an immediate range between 23,700 to 24,000 levels,” says Chandan Taparia, Analyst-Derivatives at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited.
“Nifty formed a small-bodied Bearish candle on the daily frame on Friday but a Bullish candle on a weekly frame with higher highs formation from the last six weeks,” he said.
“Now, it has to hold above 24,000 zones to extend the move towards 24,200 and 24,400 zones, whereas supports are placed at 23,800 then 23,700 zones,” he recommends.
