Amid its successful run in the theatres, rumors about its OTT release have surfaced on the internet. The makers of the film addressed the speculations and cleared the air about KA’s digital debut on OTT.

The maker of the film, Srichakraas Entertainments, took to their official handle on X (formerly known as Twitter) and issued a formal note regarding the rumors about the film being released on a streaming platform. They dismissed the buzz and clarified that this would not happen anytime soon. They further urged the fans to be weary of fake news regarding the film. The tweet read, “#KA We are not coming to OTT any time soon..we want you all to experience our movie in theatres only. Please discard any fake news in this regards.”
Generally, Telugu films have a four-week theatrical window (PAN Indian films being an exception), but by deciding to postpone the digital release, the makers may witness a boost in the film’s success as it would encourage the audience to go to the theatres to experience the film.
