Fast X," the tenth installment of the «Fast & Furious» series, will debut on Peacock on September 15. The movie had a theatrical release starting in May. On the same day, Peacock will also feature three other films from the franchise: «Fast and Furious 6,» «Fate of the Furious,» and «Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw.» Additionally, «Furious 7» will be available for streaming on October 1.
«Fast X» follows street racer Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his team. Since their beginnings in L.A.'s underground racing scene, they have consistently overcome challenges. When they defeated a criminal leader in Brazil, they unknowingly gained a new enemy, his son Dante (Jason Momoa), who seeks revenge and aims to destroy everything Dom loves, including his son.
The story takes place across various locations, with new alliances and old enemies resurfacing. The film features an ensemble cast including Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, John Cena, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Scott Eastwood, Daniela Melchior, Alan Ritchson, Helen Mirren, Brie Larson, Rita Moreno, Jason Statham, and Charlize Theron, among others. Louis Leterrier directed the movie from a script by Dan Mazeau & Justin Lin.
The story was based on characters created by Gary Scott Thompson. The production team included Neal H. Moritz, Diesel, Lin, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Samantha Vincent as producers.
Executive producers were Joseph M. Caracciolo, Jr., David Cain, Chris Morgan, Amanda Lewis, and Mark Bomback. «Fast X» has been a successful release, grossing over $704 million globally, making it one of the top-grossing films of the year.
