Hasler will assume the role on 5 February, and will be responsible for managing the firm's fund research time and fund selection investment processes for HLAM investment solutions, including its Wealth Shortlist.
Hasler, who specialises in fixed income and ESG, joins from EQ investors, where she was also head of fund research.

A spokesperson for EQ said that following her departure, CIO Kasim Zafar will expand his role to include overseeing the firm's research capabilities.
Before EQ, Hasler spent almost six years at Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research, with a further four years as a fund analyst at Brewin Dolphin. She began her career as an investment analyst at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers.
Emma Wall, head of investment analysis and research at Hargreaves Lansdown, wrote on LinkedIn that Hasler had impressed the firm with «her client-centric attitude and broad market experience».
