Haryana polls after it failed to strike an alliance with INDIA bloc member Congress. With the sixth list, the party has now announced 89 candidates for 90-members assembly.
Previously on Wednesday, AAP released its fourth list of 21 candidates for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. AAP has so far declared 61 candidates for the 90-member assembly.
There was seat-sharing talks betwen AAP and Congress but they failed. The last date for filing nominations is September 12. Voting for the 90-member legislative assembly in Haryana will be held on October 5. Votes will be counted on October 8 along with that in Jammu and Kashmir.
The AAP released the names of 40 star campaigners for the October 5 Haryana Assembly polls on Wednesday, with Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his Punjab counterpart Bhagwant Mann, the party's Haryana unit chief Sushil Gupta, senior leaders Raghav Chadha and Sanjay Singh figuring in the list. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is contesting the Haryana polls on its own after its eat-sharing talks with the Congress broke down.
