In Season 4, the queens visit Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, along with surrounding towns, where efforts to cancel the annual Pride festivals have been met with resistance. The season promises to delve into the impact of recent anti-LGBTQ+ legislation on these communities.
The first three seasons of 'We’re Here' featured Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara and Shangela as they crisscrossed the nation, recruiting residents of small towns to participate in one-night-only drag extravaganzas. The previous season was celebrated with two Emmy Awards, a GLAAD Award for «Outstanding Reality Programming,» and a Peabody Award, in addition to recognition from the Television Academy Honors.
'We’re Here' is the brainchild of creators and executive producers Stephen Warren and Johnnie Ingram, with direction and executive production by Peter LoGreco. The show is further executive produced by Eli Holzman, Aaron Saidman and Erin Gamble for The Intellectual Property
