Mark Zuckerberg's journey towards a potential MMA career seems to have hit a roadblock after the Meta CEO recently revealed that he had torn his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during a sparring session.
The tech billionaire shared the news of his injury on Instagram by sharing a picture a series of his photos from the hospital.

Thanks to everyone for the love and support.»
Despite the setback, an outpouring of support flooded Zuckerberg's Instagram post, with over 721,380 likes and countless get-well-soon messages from well-wishers.

X users seized the opportunity to mock Zuckerberg, suggesting that he was not up to the challenge and making references to his robotic.
Some even speculated that he backed out of the fight with Elon Musk, claiming he wasn't «built for this.»
One user wrote, «He’s going in for some software updates and mechanical maintenance.»
Zuckerberg's interest in MMA became public during the pandemic when he started training in mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He showcased his skills in May 2023,
