This marks Soren's fourth stint as Chief Minister. He retained the Barhait seat in the recent assembly elections, defeating BJP's Gamliyel Hembrom by a margin of 39,791 votes.
The JMM-led alliance secured a comfortable majority with 56 seats in the 81-member assembly, while the BJP-led NDA won 24 seats.
Top leaders, including Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, attended the event. Other key leaders who marked their presence included Arvind Kejriwal, Udhaynidhi Stalin and DK Shivakumar.
