Former US President Bill Clinton during his recent North Carolina campaign emphasized on the importance of focusing on issues regarding healthcare and economy, rather than focusing on the distractions posed by Republican Presidential nominee Donald Trump. According to Politico, Bill Clinton while giving his speech at the Black Megachurch, highlighted on the rising costs of prescription drugs and specially insulin and urged the US voters to prioritize these concerns during the upcoming US Presidential Elections.
Politico reported that during the speech, Bill Clinton advised US Vice President Kamala Harris for adopting an inclusive approach based on US President Joe Biden’s achievements while appealing to a pretty broader audience. Bill Clinton also acknowledged the recent challenges which the Democratic Party is facing specifically in winning back blue collar voters who had a shift towards the Republican candidates.
