Earlier today, Virat Kohli went on to score his 49th ODI century equalling Sachin Tendulkar's record of most ODI tons. Virat, who is celebrating his 35th birthday today, took 119 balls to reach to his milestone.
Kohli took 277 innings to hit 49th century, compared to 452 innings of Tendulkar. Incidentally, Kohli has also scored the most runs in international cricket among contemporary players and is just next to Sachin Tendulkar's all-time record.
