One of the most important adjustments that I made was time management. It’s extremely important to me to make time for my family, irrespective of how busy the workday gets. Just spending time with my son rejuvenates my mind and body like nothing else does (not even the strongest cup of coffee). And this helps me get back to work with more energy and renewed perspective.
Balancing the dual responsibilities has been possible due to a strong support system at home. My wife has been the greatest pillar of support I could’ve asked for in this journey, providing the stability needed to juggle the demands of fatherhood and entrepreneurship. At work, effective delegation has been key. Trusting my team to handle various aspects of the business ensures that I can devote the necessary time to my family without compromising on work responsibilities.
Fatherhood has instilled in me a deeper sense of patience and empathy.
