In an interview withBrut India, Kohli’s hairdresser Aalim Hakim opened up on his fees. While the renowned hair stylist did not directly reveal how much he charged Kohli, he stated that his fees start from Rs 1 lakh. «My fee is very simple and everybody knows how much I charge. So, it starts from Rs 1 lakh. That's the minimum,» he told the publication.
Talking about Kohli’s hairstyle for the IPL (Indian Premiere League) matches, he said that this time he decided to experiment a little. From adding a mullet and introducing a touch of colour, Hakin decided to be innovative. “So we keep chatting all the time about what should (be) the next look. This time we decided to do something really cool. We did a slit in his eyebrows and kept the sides a little fade, a little mullet at the back. The texture can show and yeah, we did a little colour in the hair. So when I posted the picture, it really broke the internet and the amount of shares and likes I got on my post, that was insane..” he told Brut India.
