How the Financial Review handles corrections

The Australian Financial Review is committed to building trust with readers by correcting factual errors promptly and prominently.
If a correction is warranted, it will be added to the bottom of the story online, and the story will also appear on the corrections page here.
Corrections should appear in all editions and platforms where the error appeared including print, digital, social and newsletter platforms. In print, they will generally appear on page 2.
For obvious typographical errors we do not add a correction, and for breaking news, incorrect information will be updated as part of the evolving story.
