Melvin Vospon, a scientist from Portsmouth has sent the world reeling upon claiming to have some surprising evidence that human lives are actually in a simulation just like The Matrix movie. He claims that the universe is an adaptation and inspiration from the 1999 movie and refers to the universe around us as a digital copy and not an actual scenario. The scientist has previously, too, referred to various science fiction scenarios and related them to the current human culture. Vospon also claims that he is among the rare few who have thought about this concept.

Vospon's findings were published in a journal by the name of AIP Advances in October last year depict a 'correlation' between the information and the nature of genetic mutations, according to The Mirror report.
Vospon suggests that one should implement the Second Law of Infodynamics to demonstrate that we are living in a simulation. The information dynamics theory is mostly about the simulation hypothesis where the happenings around the entire universe and the objects around us are just simulated constructs.
According to The Mirror, Vospon says, “A super complex universe like ours, if it were a simulation, would require a built-in data optimization and compression in order to reduce the computational power and the data storage requirements to run the simulation.”
