CBDT through another circular issued on the same date has decided to condone delay in filing form 10-IC or Form 10-ID. These forms are used by domestic companies for applying for a lower rate of income tax.
Sonam Chandwani, Managing Partner KS Legal & Associates says that forms 9A, 10, 10B, and 10BB are crucial filings for charitable and religious trusts, as well as educational and medical institutions, to claim tax exemptions under the Income Tax Act.
