InterGlobe Enterprises on Monday appointed Aditya Pande as the Group Chief Executive Officer of the company, with effect from March 1, 2024. This comes after Pande resigned as the chief financial officer of India’s largest B2B e-commerce company, Udaan, earlier today, concluding a three-year stint.

This imperative move by InterGlobe is to strengthen its current Leadership team as it moves ahead with its ambitious and diversified global plans, it added.
Pande is a senior professional with an experience of over 25 years. He has held Business Strategy and Finance roles in various companies, driving operations with a focus on productivity & profitability.
Pande had joined Udaan in February 2021 from India’s largest airline IndiGo where he had also served as the CFO. He also had a stint at General Electric as the regional CFO, according to his LinkedIn page.
Udaan did not announce a direct replacement for Pande. It would instead elevate two senior executives to give them additional finance responsibilities.
