Invesco poaches UK head of ETF asset managers from BlackRock

Prior to joining Invesco, Joe Bello (pictured) worked at Blackrock iShares, where he led the ETF and indexed investments sales team focusing on UK asset managers.

Bello will be responsible for leading the distribution strategy for Invesco's ETF business, targeting the largest UK multi-asset investment businesses. He will report to Kate Dwyer, head of UK distribution.

Prior to joining Invesco, Bello worked at Blackrock iShares, where he led the ETF and indexed investments sales team, focusing on UK asset managers.

Invesco appoints sustainable and impact distribution head for EMEA

At iShares, he oversaw relationships with 50 global and regional asset management firms, concentrating on London multi-asset and sustainable investment teams.

Bello also worked in the specialist sales team at Nomura International in London. He began his career at UBS Wealth Management in New York and later served as a mutual fund consultant at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in Chicago.
