Inside Out, which originally captivated audiences in 2015, has recently inspired a fan-made live-action concept trailer that imagines a new vision for the story.
This intriguing project, created by Multiverse of Movies, features Sadie Sink and Jenna Ortega in lead roles, bringing fresh perspectives to the characters, as per a report by Screenrant.
The original film, directed by Pete Docter and Ronnie Del Carmen, explored the emotions of a young girl named Riley as she navigated the challenges of moving to a new city and school, led primarily by the exuberant character Joy, voiced by Amy Poehler.
With the release of Inside Out 2 earlier this summer, which introduced new animated characters and continued Riley’s journey, the concept trailer has sparked renewed interest in the possibility of a live-action adaptation, according to the Screenrant report.
The concept trailer creatively casts Sink, renowned for her role in Stranger Things, as Riley, while Ortega, known for her portrayal of Wednesday Addams, takes on the role of Disgust. The trailer not only showcases these lead performances but also features a mix of new and familiar faces from the franchise.
