Data centre giant AirTrunk has tapped Goldman Sachs and Macquarie Capital as lead managers on its potential initial public offering.

The appointments come a month after AirTrunk’s shareholders Macquarie Asset Management and PSP sent a request for a proposal to seven investment banks, as revealed by Street Talk.
The RFP asked equity capital markets teams to pitch their ideas around a capital review, which would look at a potential listing on the Australian Securities Exchange.
