US President Joe Biden's cognitive abilities have been raised after he made one more gaffe publicly. While hosting the King of Jordan, Abdullah II at his official residence White House, he appeared confused on the stage. As the Jordanian King was ready to speak, Biden started looking for a mark on the floor to know the right place to stand. He wavered between two locations before deciding to proceed to Abdullah's left and in front of the Jordanian flag.
'The New York Post' has reported that the Jordanian monarch seemed to be confused by Biden's uncertainty as he glanced over his left shoulder at one point, intending to see the US President but he wasn't there. Joe Biden said, «I switched sides on you,» and then he stepped to the left of the now-smiling king.

While King Abdullah prepared to deliver his speech, the US president shuffled around behind him and the podium, gazing down at the floor as if looking for a mark indicating the proper place for him to stand.
This incident came on the heels of a report submitted by special counsel Robert Hur, who was appointed in January 2023 to probe into the president's handling of classified information some classified documents were found in the garage of his Delaware home.
