Joe Biden will not pardon Hunter Biden if he's convicted on gun charges against him, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said on Friday. Special counsel David Weiss indicted Hunter Biden on three counts tied to possession of a gun while using narcotics. Hunter Biden is charged with three criminal counts related to lying about the fact he was using illegal drugs at that time, which would have banned him under the law from owning a firearm.
